Join professional photographer, Debi Boucher, for a fun and informative weekend. Debi will reveal the "tricks of the trade" that include lighting, ISO, composition, night photography and more. This is an ideal trip for both novice photographers and anyone wanting to improve their photography skills. Participants should have a basic understanding of their camera and waterproof casing is recommended along with a tripod (if you have one) for shooting waterfalls, moving water and the night sky. Hand-outs included. IF AT ALL POSSIBLE, PLEASE BRING THE OWNERS MANUAL FOR YOUR CAMERA.
Debi's work is frequently featured in AAA Encompass Magazine. Here is a sample of her WORK. She's also a great travel writer but she's too modest to admit it. Take a look at Debi's impressive portfolio at DBoucher Photography
Canoeing in Colorado on the Gunnison River will spark your sense of adventure with opportunities for hiking and exploring, floating in your lifejacket and camping along the river’s edge. During this Colorado canoe trip covering 31 miles, you will be dwarfed by high walls of red sandstone and shale deposited during the age of the dinosaurs. These canyons in the Colorado Plateau are truly magnificent and not soon forgotten. Massive cottonwoods stand on many river bends supporting the huge nests of blue herons, hawks and eagles. You may hike into Dominguez Canyon, Colorado’s newest designated Wilderness Area, one of the most beautiful stops on the river. Hiking into the canyon will reveal deep, cool swimming holes, waterfalls and many ancient Indian petroglyphs (rock art panels).
