Centennial Canoe's outdoor farm-to-table experience brings the freshness of fields, orchards, and artisanal foods directly to your table. We will harvest bountiful ingredients in the Grand Valley area and prepare simple, but beautiful dishes for guests to savor onsite. We'll have local wine options at happy hour and at dinner for you to enjoy. Delight in the culinary creations of your guides/chefs who use locally sourced foods to make this trip an extra special experience.

Canoeing on the Colorado River will spark your sense of adventure with opportunities for hiking and exploring in two of Colorado's most spectacular river canyons, floating in your lifejacket and camping along the river's edge. During this Colorado canoe trip, you will be well taken care of with your guides setting up your camp and preparing all your meals as we float and paddle through the famous Ruby and Horsethief Canyons.
