This legendary gateway into beautiful Moab is Utah’s crown jewel for breathtaking scenery! Canoe past the renowned jagged spires of Fisher Towers and the panoramic views of the snow-capped La Sal Mountains. You’ll encounter tributary streams such as Onion Creek, Ida Gulch and Professor and Castle Creeks as they join our 30-mile river stretch northwest of Moab, UT, and less than two miles from Arches National Park. This exciting river, flavored with rapids up to Class II in difficulty (Class I is easy and Class V is difficult), has sandy beaches providing ideal camping and fabulous vistas. Savor images of shadowed mountains, red rocks, green vegetation and cool water while canoeing in Utah on the Colorado River. You won’t believe your eyes—we guarantee it!
